What buying a pack means.

These terms cover the purchase: the prices, the payment, the delivery, the support and the licence certificate. The licence that governs how you use the files you receive is published on the licence page and travels inside every pack as LICENSE.md — where the two documents describe the same thing, the licence inside the pack is the operative one for those files.

A fulfilled order delivers four things: the pack zip, a licence certificate, a delivery manifest listing each pack with its version, size and SHA-256, and a receipt. The pack zip is served through a signed, time-boxed download link; the order page re-issues fresh links for as long as you keep the order.

Amounts exclude taxes and duties. An invoice with your billing details can be issued on request — write to [email protected] with the order number.

The licence is the six clauses published on the licence page: what you may do with the decks you produce, that you may not resell or republish the pack, that files already delivered stay licensed, that updates run for twelve months from purchase, and that a pack which cannot fill a page on your setup is refunded.

The licence that ships with each pack states the same six clauses in full, plus the sections the summary on the web cannot replace: the licensed party and seat count, the boundary on modifying and re-creating the pack, the delivery scope, the disclaimer and the liability cap, termination, and the version and update policy.

The pack is provided as it is. The sample content and the sample decks that ship inside it are demonstrations, not a promise of any particular result.

The licence that ships inside the pack caps our liability at the amount you paid for that pack, and says so in terms. We are not going to paraphrase a cap in a way that makes it smaller or larger than the document says.

The governing law and the dispute forum are the ones written in the licence document that ships with your pack. The English summary here does not replace that document — read LICENSE.md in the pack for the operative text.

When the licence terms change, the version that ships with a pack governs the files in that pack. A later version of the terms does not change the status of work you have already delivered, and it does not change what a licence you already hold covers.

The published prices are the current prices; they do not expire and there is no was-price.
