Which door to use
Already bought a pack — the order page
Your order page needs two things: the session id from your checkout and the email you paid with. It shows the packs, the licence, the delivery manifest and the receipt, and it re-issues fresh download links.
Still stuck — reply to the receipt email
The receipt email carries the same order id and links, so replying to it reaches the order without another lookup.
We do not publish a response time. Every request is answered by a person, in the order the requests arrive — and we would rather answer properly than answer fast.
No spam. One reply from a human.
