Check an order against our records.
Two things are needed: the order number and the email you paid with. If the order is not on record, the page says so — it never shows anybody else’s order.
Enter the order number and the email.
The order number is in the receipt email, in the form FXP-20261022-A1B2C3D4; the checkout session id works too. The email is the one the order was paid with.
Nothing is shown until both the order number and the email match a record. If you have not bought a pack yet, the pricing page has the same information.
