What we hold, and for how long.
An order needs a name and an email. Everything else is either a payment fact, a delivery fact, or a technical fact about the file you received.
What we collect

| Download links | Generated when you open your order page | Each link is signed and time-boxed. The links are not tracked per download; they expire and can be re-issued from the order page. |
Why we hold it
- To hand you the pack, the licence certificate, the delivery manifest and the receipt.
- To let you open the order again later with the session id and your email.
- To answer a question about an order or a refund.
- To keep the accounting record that the tax note refers to.
Order records (the receipt, the delivery manifest and the order record) are kept for 90 days for accounting and support, then deleted. Your licence terms do not expire with them: what you bought stays licensed.
Who else is involved

| Stripe | The payment itself. Card details go to the payment provider and never touch our servers; we keep the amount, the currency and the session id. |
| Resend | The transactional email that carries your licence, your receipt and your download links. It sees the recipient address and the content of the message. |
| Cloudflare | The CDN and cache in front of this site. It sees the request, like any web server does. |
| Google (Analytics, AdSense, Google Ads) | The site-wide analytics and advertising tags are part of the shared site shell, so they load on this page too. Where they are enabled they set their own cookies and read the page URL. |
Your choices
- Ask us to delete your order record and your enquiry record. Write to the address on the receipts with the order id and we will remove what we can.
- Your licence is unaffected by a deletion request: it travels with the files you received, not with our record of them.
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you — including the order record itself.
