Refunds

If the pack will not fill.

One condition triggers a refund, and it is the condition that matters: the pack has to fill a page on your machine.

Every pack is smoke-tested on delivery. If it cannot fill a page on your setup, we refund it.

Licence terms — If it fails on your machine

The condition

A pack is refunded when it cannot fill a page on your setup — the fill command errors, the template will not open, or the render fails — while you followed the instructions in the pack's own README and SKILL.md.

That is the whole test. If the pack works on your machine and fails somewhere else, tell us what you changed and we will look again, but that is not the refund case.

What to send us

  • The checkout session id from your order — it is in the receipt email and on the order page.
  • The email address you paid with — the order page asks for it as its second factor.
  • The pack id and the version you received.
  • The exact command you ran and the error output it produced.
  • What you changed before it broke, if anything: fonts, the runtime, an edited script, an edited file inside the pack.

What is not covered

  • Problems you caused by editing files inside the pack, changing the fonts, modifying the script or changing the runtime — the licence that ships in the pack says the same thing.
  • Pages that simply do not fit your message. That is a page-catalogue question, not a fault: pick a different page, or ask us and we will look at adding one.
  • A pack that works but is not the layout you wanted. Every pack page type is listed before you buy.

We publish no turnaround promise. A refund case is read by a person, reproduced against the pack, and answered by email — we would rather take longer and be right than promise a number we cannot keep.

The clause above is also published in full on the licence page, and the same wording travels inside the pack as LICENSE.md.
